If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we will accept all returns of new-condition (unused, unwashed and unaltered) merchandise within 30 days of your receipt of the items. A full refund, minus actual shipping costs, will be tendered, or a replacement can be requested. If a replacement is desired, you will have to pay actual shipping costs for the return shipment. If the return or exchange is a result of an error on our part, we will incur all shipping costs.
If a return cannot be accepted due to the item no longer being in new condition, the items can be shipped back to you at your cost.

In your return shipment, please enclose a copy of your invoice noting if it's a refund or exchange. If it's an exchange, please note exactly what size, color and item you would like in return.
