If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, we will accept all returns of new-condition (unused, unwashed and unaltered) merchandise within 30 days of your receipt of the items. A full refund, minus actual shipping costs will be tendered, or a replacement can be requested. If a replacement is desired you are responsible for shipping the package back to us, and you will be charged the actual shipping cost for the return shipment. If the exchange or return is a result of an error on our part, we will incur all shipping costs.

If the return cannot be accepted, the items will only be shipped back to the customer at the customer's cost.

Make sure you call or contact us first to get a return authorization number and the address to ship it to.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice as well as a note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement. If you would like a replacement, please note exactly what size, color and item you would like as a replacement.

Once opened, DVDs cannot be returned.
